I HAVE BEEN PRESCRIBED BY MY DOCTOR EPITRIL0.5 MG ALSO SENSIVAL 25 AND DEANXIT WHY ARE THESE MEDICENS GIVEN. I WAS SUFFERING FRM ACUTE PNEMONIA AND BREATHING PROBLEM. MY EMAIL ADD IS YYYY@YYYY

I can understand your concern.
Epitrilo is having clonotril. It is anti anxiety drug.
Sensival is having amitryptillin. It is used in mood disorder.
Deanxit is having duloxetin. It is anti psychotic.
So all these drugs are used in psychotic disorders like stress, anxiety, psychosis etc.
So possibility of your breathing problems due to stress is more.
In my opinion, you should first rule out Pulmonary causes. So get done chest x ray and PFT.
If both are normal than you are mostly having stress and anxiety related breathlessness.
So consult psychiatrist and get done counseling sessions. Counselling is very important along with drugs for control of symptoms.
