i popped a boil or big zit on my ear lobe and the puss that came out was very thick and smelt like infection it feels like its spreadign to the side of my jaw below my ear could i have an infection? im 81/2 months pregnant and dont want to have any infections

From history it seems that there might be having boil on the part and now spreading in surrounding part with cellulitis.
You require one course of antibiotic and anti-inflammatory medicine course as having this type of infection is not advisable during pregnancy.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
