What Is The Raised Black Mole On Labia?

i noticed a few months ago, a black raised, almost blister looking black mole beside my crotch area or labia, its not inside its beside it. it is very black!
when i touch it, it goes away then comes back once there is no pressure on it.
it was never there before, so i am a bit concerned, what it is or if its cause for concern. should i see a doctor, or gyno.?
