Try to avoid stressful situation as stress can aggravate your heart rate .... Your posterior pharynx examination has to be done for looking for congestion.... For that antihistaminic drug given. .like benadryl .... Salt water gargles done .... Drink more water ..... Excess spicy and fatty food avoided as they can aggravate cough.... Turmeric powder in hot milk taken daily ... Investigate with CBC , CRP also ...
