What Is The Reason Behind These Headaches ?

Doc. Im 30 years old female, working, on 22 July morning i noticed im having a headaches & after few hours or so im ok, the next day 23 july, i dnt have but light, i think so, then the 3rd day 24 July, i had that headache again. What' s the reason behind these headaches??

Hello and welcome to Health Care Magic forum ,if you are having headache in one side then it may be migraine but if you are having it without dependent of the side then it maybe due to hypertension or other factor please take consultation of a neurologist ,take some pain killers like voveran ,take care

Hello, welcome to Healthcaremagic. At your age developing headaches is a common issue. It could be due to several reasons including stress, poor rest and sleep, refractive errors, migraine or neurological problems, hypertention etc. You need to get yourself thoroughly examined and tests done to find out the real cause for it. Your doctor would be better able to do that. Try to reduce stress and sleep fr atleast 6 to 8 hours everyday and take good diet. Wish you good health.
