What Is The Reason For Acute Acne For Which Was Prescribed Ciproflaxcin And Also Diagnosed For Klebsielka Pneumonia?

Hi Dr, I have acute - acne like symptom on my face. It itches and sometimes hurt. I went to a dermatologist who gave me ciprofloxacin to take twice daily. I was told I contracted the klebsiella pneumoniae virus. How long does this take to go away and can it be transmitted through kissing and sexual intercourse?
