What Is The Reason For Acute Nasal And Forehead Ache And Lack Of Sleep?

about 3 months later car accident I started have strange acute nasal and forehead headache, it comes and go if i have enough sleep, I also have difficulty with staying sleep during night, will brain mri without contrast would show the problem? tonight I got the test done.

hello sir thanks for the query

you have not mentioned whether u had any head injuru during accident since u had got MRI already i.would assume that u consulted a neurilogist/physicain ...MRI here would rule out most imp causes need to worried abt like SDH/EDH if mri is normal then wat u r sufferin frm is PTSD(post traumatic stresd disorder) which usually dosent require any treatment...at the most u would require a psychiatry consultation.for the same...
