What Is The Reason For An Abdominal Pain And Tired Feeling?

My period is five days late and I am having belly pain mainly adonmal pain and I ve been extra tired lately what could be wrong I m not on birth control and I took an at home pregnancy test two days ago and it came up negative but right after i took the test two faint lines appeared then it was just one line .

I suggest you repeat the pregnancy test with a first morning specimen. If two lies appear, please see a clinician to confirm an early pregnancy. If pregnancy is ruled out it is appropriate to check labs, especially thyroid and prolactin. You can also obtain contraceptive advice. I hope this is helpful.
