I just ate sushi and moments after I am experiencing chest pain more towards the left side and stomach pain, feeling weak and have shortness of breathe. This is the second time this happens to me this week. What could cause this and should I see a doctor?

Hi!
Welcome to HCM!
I can understand your problem, nothing to worry it is some sort of sea food allergy.
Sushi is a Japanese food consisting of cooked vinegared rice combined with other ingredients, seafood, vegetables and sometimes tropical fruits
Many allergic reactions to seafood are mild and cause hives, stomach reactions (vomiting, diarrhoea).
Breathing difficulties or collapse most severe type of allergic reaction. Occasionally, breathing difficulties may occur from inhaling fumes when seafood is being cooked.
Kindly consult your doctor for immediate treatment.
