What Is The Reason For Chest Pain, Dizziness, And Pain After Masturbation?

My case is 1 year and 3 months old.
It began 9-2012 with those symptoms :
1- Sudden Dizziness
2- Heart beats
3- High blood pressure (190/110) which became (140/80) after 5 minutes when dizziness stopped (happened several times).
4- Left chest and arm pain (not the main condition in that days)
Dizziness and high blood pressure (Sometimes not often) continued to about 4 months

During about 5 or 6 months chest pain was growing but it's often at rest (Not at walking or masturbating). While Dizziness almost stopped ! and blood pressure almost normal most of the time without medications.

The Left chest pain became the major problem after that till know
It progressed as follow
- Pain while climbing stairs or running (no pain while walking).
After few months it progressed to include (From 3 months ago)
- Sharp pain (Left Chest) while
1- Walking (starts after 3 or sometimes 5 minutes walking)
2- After Masturbating (The worst pain ever) (It get to the most bad level after ejaculation not during the process) .. Lasts for sometimes 3 hours and sometimes 30 minutes.
3- While talking (also sharp)

Doctors:
- I went to 5 doctors with no diagnosis!

Tests:
- All blood tests are good
- Echo-cardiogram (4 times) --> good (very mild MVP .. All doctors says it's like nothing)
- Stress test (but it was from 6 months, I was far better than now) .. It was Normal.
- Nuclear test from few days .. I don't trust our doctors anymore so I made that test and posted it to you and even don't trust the report so I didn't include it.

Notice: while walking on treadmill I was very tired that I only had 3 minutes on it with very slow speed. So The test might be false or something like that ,, you know.

I want Diagnosis right now !! Please I am very tired from my life. Can't Walk or Talk !!
I am down in everything ,, Please Help !
