What Is The Reason For Chest Tightness, Dizziness, Nausea After Sex With Different Partner? Negative Std Tests.

I'm a 24 year old healthy male and I'm having difficulty breathing, a tightness in my chest, dizzyness and nausea after sex. I've had sex many times for many years. I've gotten tested for stds recently and came up clean. But this has never happened before. It started to happen when I started with a new partner. Please help, I'm not trying to be funny, but sex is no longer fun.

Hi ! Good evening. i am Dr Shareef answering your query.

The problem you have developed of late might not be in any way related to a new partner. This could be a pointer towards some other organic problem related to lungs and heart.

If I were your doctor, I would advise you for some basic tests like CBC, Blood sugar, X ray chest, and a ECG. If nothing is conclusive, I would rather advise you to get reviewed by a cardiologist, who might advise you for a stress ECG and Stress echo to know the functioning of your heart. Any further management of your problem would depend on the results of your investigations.
