Hi,

It appears that alcohol is causing gastritis which is responsible for your bouts of nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. Alcohol irritates the lining of the gastro-intestinal tract, which when damaged significantly, results in such symptoms. Drinking on an empty stomach or taking spicy and oily foods with alcohol can aggravate this problem. Acid production inhibiting medicines like ranitidine, omeprazole etc will help.

Best wishes.
