What Is The Reason For Discomfort In The Chest?

Hi, im 22. I have a history of asthma. Recently i have been sleeping late and having digestion problem. I woke up today, and immediately felt tightness in my chest area after drinking a sip of hot water and hot milo. it is a piercing kind of pain, causing me to feel that my chest is scrunched up and i felt like vomiting. However, i cooled down awhile and it will be gone. But whenever, i drank hot water, it came again. It has been happening for the entire day, and im very worried? is it symptoms of a possible heart attack?
