What Is The Reason For Dizziness And Blurry Vision While Walking?
whenever I stand up and walk around I feel light headed and my vision gets blurry so need to take a moment to catch up with myself. Majority of the day I feel tired and restless even though is gotten a good 8 hours of sleep. My eyes hurt after during and after I ve been on my phone before i go to bed. I ve checked my nails and eyelids for an iron deficiency but I show no signs of it.

One should get his BP checked that there is no fluctuation.
Blood sugar level.
Ensure taking plenty of fluid daily
Electrolyte level esp sodium and potassium.
If these are ok, and the thing is not improving, a check up by physician will be helpful.
