Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood your concerns. The symptoms you have mentioned are mostly due to trichomoniasis and for that drug of choice is metronidazole(flagyl). Doxycyclin or erythromycin does not help you to treat. I suggest you to take flagyl tablet after meals and you can also apply flagyl gel at the site of discharge. It will act very fast and you wont face the problem of recurrence after dosage. Hope this answers your query. Thank you.
