ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hi,
I have gone through your query.
It suggests that you may be suffering from the chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis.
In this disease aim of treatment is to reduce pressure on the site of the lesion by-

1. Altering the way of headphones or telephone receivers.
2. Sleeping on the opposite side, if possible.
3. Using a soft pillow.
4. Take proper antibiotic systemic and topical with steroid.
5. Anti-inflammatory and pain killers.
But for better diagnosis and management please consult the ENT specialist.

Wish you good health
