What Is The Reason For Intense Head Pressure After Having Meals?

Hi my name is Brad and in the last few days I got twice an intense pressure in my head as though all the blood in my body rushed to my head while sitting up right, just after I finished eating. Yesterday I had turkey salad an apple, cranberries and oranges and pineapple and lemon smoothie, tonight I had barbecued chicken breast with roasted sweet pop atones. In a minute after finishing the meals, I got an intense pressure in my head and my head felt overheated and my face went flush.
