What Is The Reason For Itching From Testicles To Penis Which Increases When Having Intercourse?

I have been having this itchy feeling for a while now(almost a month and counting) its really irritating and itches from the beginning of my testicles up to almos the head and i squeeze my penis whenever I piss to scratch it. But it gets worse when I have sex and release sperms.
