What Is The Reason For Itching If Chest, Neck And Arms Which Is Spreading All Over The Body?

Hi, I have started to itch like crazy for the past 3 days now mostly in the chest area, my belly my neck and my arms which gets worse during night time and I cannot sleep. I read so many reviews online from dry skin, to liver damage, to paracites , to fungal infection to diabetes. I am confused, I am allergic to dishwashing soaps and over washing my hands makes my skin super dry and red, but that goes away when I use hand cream regularly. Why is my chest, my neck and my arms are itching, any idea. PS: it seems to have started to spread all over my body. There are no rash signs though

Hi, welcome to Health care magic forum.
You are allergic to the dish washing powder, so allergic to the some part of the soap. Now it appears that you are allergic to the soap, of any shape, may be the bathing soap, face wash, moisturiser, etc.
The allergy may be to the foods,clothes, wool, cosmetics etc.
I advise you to consult a dermatologist for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms, citroizine, montelekast,cifixime, and grisofulvin.
