What Is The Reason For Lumps With White Discharge Underneath Armpits?

Hello, so underneath both armpits are 2 lumps that seem to have a white, pasty, cheese-like consistency discharge coming out from it. It only comes out when I squeeze both lumps kind of hard, but not a lot seems to come out but the lumps never seem to go away and have been there for months now. Do you have any ideas what it is?

These seem to be epidermoid cyst. These are benign cysts that need to be removed surgically.
