Get a thorough nasal examination done soon. Common causes in your brother's case would be:
1. Nasal trauma or finger-picking (bleeding from Little's area)
2. Nasal dryness
3. Chronic nasal allergy or infection.
4. Nasal foreign body on that side
5. Bleeding Disorder (you may need blood tests including liver function tests)
6. Nasal Angiofibroma is a rare cause of bleeding.
Remember that the list of cause is endless and you should start investigating early. Many causes can be ruled out by just examination . Some require endoscopy, blood tests, x-rays and scans. His hemoglobin levels will indicate if his blood loss is significant. The migraines also can be investigated at the same time. Also remember that most causes are easily corrected. You may post the results here. I hope that there is a simple cause.

HI Welcome to Healthcare Magic Forum Has he been examined by a physician, and undergone some blood tests. As nose bleed (to this frequency) may be due to a bleeding disorder. Please make sure he does not tease his nose ,and worsen the condition. If its dry and scabby, apply vaseline If he has chronic/recurrent colds, treating the colds first will be the solution.
