Hi,
You might have chronic sinusitis which causes running nose or blocking of nose. There is infection in the sinus causing pain in back of your head.
You can take hot water vapor inhalation.
You can consult your doctor as there may be a possibility of Deviated nasal septum which can cause chocking of nose while lying down.It can cause chronic rhinitis.
Welcome to Healthcaremagic Forum,
This can be either vasomotor rhinitis or CSF leak. You need a thorough evaluation by an apt ENT specialist. Vsaomotor rhinitis is not caused by any infection as such, it can trigger during emotional imbalance/ dry weather etc. Cerebrospinal fluid leak can be noticed during heavy and strenuous work, which can also cause headache. Either way you need to be examined.
Take care
