What Is The Reason For No Erection After Drinking Wine?

I drank on New Year's Eve and the past 2 days after I haven't been able to maintain an erection for more then a minute or two. I only drank 3 wine coolers and idk why this is happening. I'm 19 5 foot 7 inches and 142 pounds. Shouldn't the alcohol be out of my system already. Why is this still happening? I don't do drugs or smoke and I'm not on any medication. I can't get an erection and if I do it only semi hard and doesn't last more then a minute

Stop paying attention and stop trying for this for few days this will come around because alcohol is the known agent which affects the erection partially, but that doe not need any medicine, functional elements can lengthen the recovery so forget it this will surely come to normal, have nice time.
