What Is The Reason For Not Having Periods Even After Stopping Depo Shot?

i was on depo for about a yr and got off due to the side effects.I took my last shot in 0ct 2010 and have not had a period yet.In the last week i started what i thought to have a yeast infection treated otc meds with a one time treatment.After about 4 days a very thick clumpy white discharge started no smell,itching,or burring this has now been going on for a week.I went to get it checked out and they said they couldnt tell what it was only could see wax from the treatment please help.
