What Is The Reason For Pain In Face, Head, Ear And Neck Even After Taking Advil And Tylenol Many Times A Day?

I have sever pain all the time from just under my right eye where my sinus is. I have constant headaches. Pressure in my face along with pain all the time. The half of my face, head, ear and neck are in pain. I take anywhere between 8 Advil s and 8 sinus tynelo a day. Plus a nasal spray and a saline spray daily up to 6 times a day

Hi , it looks likeu have trigeminal neuralgia.
Painkillers won't be of much benefit .
Do consult doctor because all are prescription medications.
