What Is The Reason For Painful Abdomen With Low Vitamin B12 And Normal Endoscopy?

I have been sick for well a very long time with my stomach , recently we found my b12 wasn't being absorbed and it was low so the doctors decided to do a stomach scope but it came back clean . Now I constantly feel sick but only on my left side of my abdomen and I have an indent there that sometimes has stabbing pains .

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to get USG abdomen done and meet a gastroenterologist for this.
