What Is The Reason For Recurrent Lump After Receiving Stitches In Hand?

I got cut on the back of my hand went to doc got five stitches it got the stitches out then i notice a little lump there. I pushed on it and smashed it and it seamed like it was going to go away then it came back so i smashed it again. Then i notice that it swelled up about the size of a half dollar

Seems to be soft tissue swelling due to excess tissue healing response.

I would advice that you can observe for a few days. If it does'nt regress on its own OR seems to grow, then you might follow it up with a dermatologist or surgeon.
