Hi, recently I noticed small bumps around my penis tips rim and there in a line around it. It dosent always hurt but when I pee after masturbation it hurt around the bumps and when it rubs against my underwear. I noticed the bumps when I had a cool sore on my lip. I'm 15 and still a virgin

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having poor local hygiene giving rise to collection of smegma under foreskin of glans giving rise to infection causing this problem.
Clean glans by averting foreskin daily while taking bath.
apply antibiotic cream locally.
