What Is The Reason For Spotting Since Taking An Ipill After Unprotected Sex?

My last periods was from 16 may and ended about 21-22 may. I had unprotected sex on d 27 of that month and two days later i had an ipill. I began spotting after 5-6 days and i continued to spot till 13 of june, and suddenly ma blood flow has increased too much. Im not sure wether im on periodsor im still spotting. Is it due to excessive smoking. And my periods never start on time its either 1-2 days early ya late. Could u please help.
