What Is The Reason For Sudden Popping And Pain While Sneezing And Coughing Hard?

Hi, I am a 28 yr old female and just last night I started getting this unusual popping feeling and pain when I sneeze and cough hard. This morning I had pain in that same area and right now I just sneezed and I felt the same popping and pain feeling? I only would get this during pregnancy. What is this? Very uncomfortable.

Hi,
Thanks for your query.
This pain is classical of acute pleuritis. It will be better to have a chest xray with proper abdominal shield (If you are pregnant). You may need a course of antibiotic for the same....
