What Is The Reason For Tender Lump Near Urinary Opening During Pregnancy?

I noticed a lump/knot near the left side where I pee.its not a different color its soft and a little tender.I am 5mnths pregnant on Nov 6.I have no stds I get checked regularly being pregnant I have a very healthy sex life with the father of my child..idk what it could be.

This may not be anything specific, it may seems abnormal to you in fact it could be normal structure that you might have seeing it first time and start getting such bad ideas, stop worrying still if you have doubt get it clear with doctor, have nice day.
