What Is The Reason For Tingling Sensation In Ear When Suffering From Type 2 Diabetes?

I am a type 2 diabetic, I manage my glucose levels with diet and exercise as well as metformin. My glucose level has been around 95 to 150. I have a tingling sensation in my left ear, when I scratch it it goes away and comes back in a few seconds but only lasts a few mins?

Hello,

These symptom is not specifically related to any complication of diabetes. This is a very non specific symptom.
I am satisfied with your blood sugar levels.

I would advice my patient to consult an ENT doctor to evaluate and examine the cause and treat accordingly.
