What Is The Reason For Vaginal Discomfort After My Suburethral Sling Surgery?

I had suburethral sling surgery almost two weeks ago. This morning I had vaginal discomfort. I looked and saw a white string protruding out with a knot at the base. Can I snip the stitch? It is really irritating my skin as I just had a flare up of lichen sclerosis and the skin is still fragile.

No my dear please don't try to fiddle with that stitch. In my opinion visit your gynecologist immediately. Maintain local hygiene of your private parts till then.
