General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The reason for no hair growth can be related to many conditions.
Genetics can affect where facial hair grows and when your beard reaches its full potential.
Ethnicity can also play a role.
Hormones also influence in the beard growth.
So, it is necessary an evaluation by an endocrinologist for a specific treatment.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
