What Is The Reason To Feel Like A Rock Under My Patella After A Total Knee Replacement?

I am 5 weeks out from total knee replacement, absolutely zero pain until a week ago when I started PT. Feels like a rock under my patella. PT says it clicks and pops and might be loose cartlege. What do I need to do. I cannot walk comfortably anymore. This is my RT knee-L leg is paralyzed.

rock under patella is plastic surface of patellar component. It can produce sound when it rub over knee component but this is completely normal and no need to worry about this thing. If there is no pain than nothing to be worried about. Also remember that there is no loose cartilage which can feel like this, as all cartilage is removed during knee transplant.
