What Is The Recovery Period After Using Cocaine And Smoking Weed?

To what extent can a person recover if they used cocaine 20 times, extacy 4 times, and smoked alot of weed? All this occurred over about a year and a half. The person is 19 and eats really healthy takes vitamins gets exercise and doesnt do drugs anymore. Like percentage wise if the person never uses drugs again and eats really healthy, vitamins, etc what percent could that person get back? Maybe I worded the question a little weird but you probably get what I'm saying.

Dear service user,
Thank you for writing to healthcaremagic.
I understand your concern.
The duration of effect of weed (marijuana) is usually 2 to 6 hours.
The half life of marijuana (the blood levels becomes half) after 28 hours in individual. In chronic users it may be as long as 56 hours.
After cessation, it completely washes out from blood within a week.
A person recovers from its physical effects within a week of stopping.
It is suggested for the best interest of individual to stay away from weed use. It is definitely hazardous.
Warm regards.
