What Is The Recovery Time For PCOS And Hyperthyroidism?

Hi docter,I am 27 years old married female.Its been 1 1/2 years i hav irregular periods after marriage.Consulted docter for the same and test shows i have PCOD with multiple small follicular 2-3 mm cysts in ovaries,with thyroid test showing TSH count as 23.1.I weight 71 kgs with height 5.6 inches.Docter suggested Electroxin 10 mg for thyroid and triquilar for regular mensus. I am planning for a baby.Please suggest wat needs to be done to recover completely and how much time is required to normalize everything.
