What Is The Recurring Pus Filled Cyst On The Top Of The Head?

my husband had this kind a cyst in the top of the head it started like an ingrown from the hair and becomes inflame, now this cyst when it become riped in color, it will ooze with a pus followed by the blood what is this and why this keep coming back.

This can be infected sebaceous cyst. Check sugar since diabetes can cause repeated skin infection. See a skin specialist for confirmation.
