What Is The Red Ring That Appears On Penis Head?

. after sex there is a red ring under the head of my penis and it stings after a while an hour or so the swelling goes down but its still red and it hurts to the touch for a day or so before it goes away this only happens during vaginal sex and not oral or masturbation

Pressure on the wrinkled fore-skin or glans while vigorous coitus into the tight vaginal opening causes this red ring due to vascular congestion...
