What Is The Remedy For Parkinson S Disease With Stiffness Issues?

My mother is extremely ill with Parkinson s disease. She is in constant pain on a regular basis. She has very advanced symptoms. She has serious stiffness issues. Her knees, elbows, shoulder, neck are extremely stiff. We try to do light exercises but they just provide temporary momentary relief. She has tried levadopa but finds she is more stiff. My brother and I have to assist her to to get up, sit down, turn her around while lying down, etc. My mom would like my brother to call 911 but he hasn t done so. Now she hoping I will as her condition and symptoms are getting worse. We are getting bit of assistance for her bathing and she has monthly physio but it isn t helping. I don know what do ... hope someone can help.
