What Is The Remedy For Smelly Flatulence?
I find that I often have flatulence with a particularly putrid odour, I eat a very healthy diet - with a lot of dried fruit which I am beginning to think may be an underlying cause for this. I did drink alcohol (4 glasses of wine) last night and the smell has worsened; I was wondering if there were any explanations or ways of managing smelly flatulence?

Chances of some intestinal infection is very likely and this need to be treated with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day because this could be protozoa infection with this therapy this would come around, take care.
