Hello and welcome to HCM,
The lesion that you have mentioned does not appear to be a pimple by description.
The lesion seems to be a fluid filled vesicle.
Fluid filled vesicle can appear in blistering diseases or in infections like herpes simplex.
Presence of pain suggests herpes simplex vesicle.
However, you need to consult a dermatologist for clinical examination of the lesion.
A biopsy from the lesion/blister may be required to make a correct diagnosis.

Thanks and take care
