What Is The Remedy For A Sore Toenail After A Few Hours At Work?

My big toenail is usually sore after a few hours at work. It only grows to a certain point before the nail turns white like the end of your nails do when they get too long. Once I removed the skin underneath my nail and plasma came out. What is wrong and what is something I can do, I have no health insurance to see a doctor.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the fungal infection of the toe nail. or the paronichea, the infection of the skin around the toe nail. Rare possibility may be the arthritis of the joints of the toe.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis. and treatment. You may need to have an X ray for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms neurotropic injections, ofloxacin, diclofenac ,and mixed steroid ointment for local application.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
