my alittle sister cant pay 1 and her face is swollen . the test shows that she has wbc the normal is from 4-10 but the test shows she got 14.5 plz i want ur help , she is back home in my country . plz doctor iam so worried , i love her sooooooo much

your information given was not much informative , anyway as she is little sister as she would be within 15yrs , the facial swelling because of many causes like, angio edema, hypothyroidism, nephrotic syndrome, anemia, cardiac failure, allergic reaction . wbc is mildy increased , so may be associated with anemia. you need to come with complete description
