What Is The Remedy For Abdominal Pain And Oily Discharge In Urine During 7 Months Pregnancy?

Hi Dr. I have two issues. I am 7 months pregnant and I have noticed an oily discharge in my urine. I also have been having a lot of lower abdominal pain (not pressure like contractions) and heaviness as if the baby has descended into the pelvic area. Its so bad that I can barely walk.

Hello ma'am and welcome.

I would not worry much about the oily discharge, but the pain could require some medical attention. I cannot comment on the possibilities without a thorough evaluation, but possible premature birth or premature rupture of membranes (PROM) can be expected and thus should be evaluated.
