What Is The Remedy For Acidity Or Gastric Problem?

Good Evening sir. i have a query related to gastric problem. i cant eat anything that i wish because there is a fear of gas , but i never eat anything bad, even then i am facing the problem of acute gastric problem.... please help me what to do....

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe it appears to be due to some infection of the intestines causing colitis, worms in the intestines, intolerance to some foods like milk, milk products, wheat, barley etc.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have colonoscopy, gastroscopy, ultrasound, and liver function tests for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patien twith such symptoms ofloxacin, ornidazole, omeprazole, and domperidone.
