What Is The Remedy For Ankle Pain?
Dear Dr.
I,m a housewife of 58yrs age suffering since the last 1 year from pain at both ankles. I have tested negative for gout. Local Dr. has prescibed special MCR footwear and some exercises, both of which are not very helpful. He says some women have this problem after menopause and it has not been established why. Pl advise as to how I can get rid of or at least reduce the pain?
