What Is The Remedy For Back Pain With Hypertension?

I am a 51 year old woman with hypertension, also have had my lower spine fused so I am concerned that the lower back pain I have been experiencing (which has gotten continually worse) is not of the spine but something more as I have just experience a complete release of my bladder while sleeping. It woke me up but I had no bladder control and no spasm so I do not understand what could have possibly been wrong I am soo embarrassed, I have had a uterian obation so that should eliminate my female organs. Our physician is our very dear friend and this is one thing I really don t want to say to him.

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe the back ache may be due to the spine, urinary tract infection,or stone in the ureter near the bladder. It also could be due to the pelvic infection.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment.you may need to have an M.R.I. for confirmation.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
