What Is The Remedy For Bleeding Nose Due To Allergic Rhinitis?

Even in the Philippines, i have allergic rhinitis. Now that I am here in U.S. for a decade, my allergic rhinits worsen. Whenever I get my booger, its all colored red & hard and when i get it, the nose is bleeding. Blowing the nose comes out more blood. I already went to the doctor and gave me antibiotic to stop the bleeding as the doctor says it's only in the outer part. Otherwise, he will send me to EENT. I'm getting worried as it did not stop bleeding even i took the medicine already. thank you.

Hi.
Thanks for your query and an elucidate history.
Only antibiotics may not help you. A proper diagnosis is very important.
Allergic rhinitis does never give bleeding nose, thee has to be a reason.
To find out you have to undergo the following things :::
Consult an ENT Surgeon for a clinical evaluation.
MRI of the nose. This will give an idea whether there is a a mass.

Continue antibiotics and nasal decongestants.
