What Is The Remedy For Breathlessness And Fatigue?
I have moderate COPD, but increasingly when lying down at night get heart palpitations. My doctor doesn t seem concerned about that - though tests show I have an irregular heartbeat too. Breathlesssness and fatigue are my main problems Am a 68 year old female.

Hi,
As you are having COPD in future your heart can be affected.
And as you get breathlessness and irregular heart beats, cardiac assesment should be done.
Consult cardiologist and go for necessary cardiac tests.
Do deep breathing exercise daily.
Ok and take care.
